Leaves are falling, coffee is calling! The Nation’s Favourite Coffee Shop*, Costa Coffee, launches its new Autumn menu tomorrow (Thursday 4th September 2025), bringing rich flavours and indulgent treats that celebrate the season of routines, new starts, and the back-to-university buzz.  

This Autumn sees the much-loved Maple Hazel range return alongside a variety of new drinks, delicious bakes, and seasonal merchandise, all crafted to bring comfort and joy to your day. 

Drinks to ‘fall’ for: The return of Maple Hazel range and more 

The Maple Hazel Latte (also available iced), Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate, and Maple Hazel Frappe return to Costa Coffee stores nationwide, delivering the sweet, nutty flavour that has become a seasonal favourite. These drinks are Autumn in a cup, perfect for morning routines, midday pauses or a comforting cup on your first day back at university.  

What’s more, the Maple Hazel Latte (also available iced**) and Maple Hazel Hot Chocolate are available for those on-the-go this season at Costa Express machines nationwide.  And, for those who want to recreate the flavour at home, Barista Creations Maple Hazel Latte Sachets are returning to supermarket shelves, perfect for slow, cosy mornings.

The NEW ready to drink Double Shot + Caramel makes its debut, blending Costa Coffee’s signature blend espresso with velvety milk, caramel flavour, and added B vitamins for mental alertness***. Seasonal eats: Big flavour, cosy comfort 

Costa Coffee’s new Autumn food menu is packed with hearty bites, sweet indulgences, and returning favourites, such as: 

  • NEW Salami, Mozzarella and Hot Honey Panini: A seed-topped panini filled with Italian mozzarella, Milano salami and spinach – brought to life with a roasted pepper sauce and a drizzle of hot honey. 
  • Returning Roast Chicken and Bacon Sandwich: Succulent roast chicken paired with beechwood smoked streaky bacon and chicken gravy mayonnaise, all layered between slices of hearty malted bread. 
  • NEW Maple Hazelnut Cookie Sandwich: A melt-in-your-mouth white chocolate cookie sandwich, filled with indulgent maple and caramel frosting, drizzled with icing and roasted hazelnut pieces. What’s more, for each purchase of this tasty treat, 5p**** will be donated to the Costa Foundation.  
  • NEW Halloween Cornflake Cake: A nostalgic treat with a spooky twist, crunchy chocolate covered cornflakes, topped with a white chocolate skull.  
  • Returning Sticky Pecan Mini LoafA rich caramel cake with pecan nuts, filled with a sticky toffee sauce, and topped with icing and praline pecan pieces for a decadent bite. 
  • Returning Chocolate and Salted Caramel Cake: Layers of moist chocolate sponge filled with smooth salted caramel and chocolate frosting. Finished with dark chocolate curls, fudge pieces and drizzled with sweet caramel.
